Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders above PKR 6,000.

Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3 – 8 business days
• Shipping Fee: PKR 250

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier operations.

2. Advance Payment Policy

For orders above PKR 25,000, advance payment is required.

After order confirmation, our team will provide bank account details. Orders will only be dispatched once payment is received and proof of payment is confirmed.

Customers who have previously canceled, rejected, or refused delivery may be required to pay PKR 300 as a prior delivery charge. This amount will be added to their new order.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer regular international shipping. However, if you require international delivery, please contact us at info@skinchoice.pkto discuss available options.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistani national holidays will be processed the next working day.
• All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services.
• Specific delivery time slots cannot be requested.

5. Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
