Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not permitted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and must use a trackable courier service.
Products purchased during flash sales or promotional discounts may not be eligible for refunds.
For damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing item claims, an uncut and continuous unboxing video is required.
Skin Choice reserves the right to verify warehouse dispatch footage. If the order was packed correctly, refund or replacement will not be issued. If an error occurred from our side, we will arrange a prompt resolution.
Returned products are inspected within 24–48 hours after receiving them.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card).
Exchanges are only permitted for the same product if defective or damaged, subject to approval.
