Refund Policy

At Skin Choice, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Return Eligibility

Unused & Sealed Products

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Product must be unused and unopened.
  • Original sealed packaging required.
  • Must be in resellable condition.

Damaged, Broken, Incorrect, or Missing Items

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not permitted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and must use a trackable courier service.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during flash sales or promotional discounts may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (24-Hour Requirement)

For damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing item claims, an uncut and continuous unboxing video is required.

  • Show the sealed parcel from all sides.
  • Show the shipping label clearly.
  • Display the invoice and inserts inside.
  • Open the parcel in one continuous shot (no cuts).
  • Clearly show product condition and quantity.

Skin Choice reserves the right to verify warehouse dispatch footage. If the order was packed correctly, refund or replacement will not be issued. If an error occurred from our side, we will arrange a prompt resolution.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Used or opened products
  • Gift cards
  • Electronics
  • Health & personal care items once opened
  • Shipping charges
  • Bank or third-party processing fees

4. Refund & Exchange Process

Inspection

Returned products are inspected within 24–48 hours after receiving them.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card).

If No Valid Issue Is Found

  • The item may be returned at your expense.
  • Or discarded after 6 months if shipment is declined.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted for the same product if defective or damaged, subject to approval.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank regarding processing timelines.
